About
Marc has over 20 years of senior leadership experience across compliance and life sciences software businesses, and is known as one of the founding fathers of life sciences commercial compliance technology.
As co-founder of Polaris, he led the company from inception to over $40 million in revenue before facilitating a sale to IQVIA in 2017. The company's software offers a suite of services including compliance risk assessments, auditing and monitoring, policy and SOP development, strategic and operational solutions and aggregate spend services, enabling pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies to be compliant with the law, thereby achieving their goals and adding value to their bottom lines.
Marc has served more recently as the Chief Commercial Officer of H1, a leading health data platform, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Anju Software, a global provider of life sciences software for clinical trials & medical affairs.

David Fetterolf

About
David has over 28 years of experience working as CEO / President of healthcare technology and service companies, and currently serves as Executive Chairman at MedSitter, Executive Chairman at IDS and as a Board Member at ActiveRADAR.
Prior to these positions, David was President of Stratus Video, a private equity backed healthcare video interpreting company where the business grew from $270 thousand of revenue in 2012 to $111 million in 2019. In February of 2020, Stratus was sold to AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN) for $475 million in cash, or 14.6x 2019 EBITDA of $32.6 million.
David has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ron Kasner

As an accomplished strategic and operational executive, Ron Kasner serves as independent board member, strategic advisor and operating partner to Founder CEOs. Leveraging his “Execution Framework,” he advises on strategic planning, operational alignment, and scaling fast growth businesses. He has also spoken on the subjects at various industry events and executive forums.
Prior to his current roles, Kasner was an executive with iCIMS, the #1 recruiting technology platform, where he grew the business from $20M to over $250M ARR. At the same time, the company’s employee base grew to over 1,000, and continued to be named one of the Best Places to Work nationally and in New Jersey.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Kasner led iCIMS’ efforts for continued fast growth and scale. During his decade long tenure, Kasner served in various leadership roles, including mostly recently, as interim CEO. An east coast “unicorn”, iCIMS was valued at over $1B in 2018, when Vista Equity Partners purchased a majority stake in the business.
Kasner first joined iCIMS in early 2010, as the Chief Corporate Development Officer, to accelerate the growth of the company. From 2014 to 2017, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, and was responsible for the General and Administrative operations of the business, including finance and accounting, infrastructure shared services, talent and legal affairs. Kasner was named CFO of the Year in 2014 by the New Jersey Technology Council. Promoted to President in 2017 and then interim CEO, Kasner led the team in its next phase of growth and sale to Vista Equity Partners. In 2020, Kasner transitioned the helm to Steve Lucas, former CEO of Marketo (a Vista portfolio company) and then served as advisor to the CEO.

Jeff has 25 years of experience driving global go-to-market strategy in the enterprise software sector, with 17 years in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer in Thoma Bravo-backed Veriforce, Jeff shapes the company’s near- and long-term strategies and leads all facets of marketing, inside sales and sales development, product management, and strategic alliances. He also sits on the company’s M&A committee. Over his four-year tenure with the company, Veriforce has experienced incredible top-line growth (circa $20M to over $100M) while maintaining the industry’s highest EBITDA (52%).
Before joining Veriforce, Jeff held the same position at industry-leader, Avetta, whose enterprise value increased from $79M (Norwest Venture Partners) to $656M (Welsh Carson) during his four years with the company.
Jeff is a recognized thought-leader in the supply chain risk and compliance management sector and the architect of much of the industry’s innovation and growth over the past decade.
